CURTIS Tina Ann 13th February 1972 – 31st October 2015 Passed away peacefully at Farleigh Hospice Chelmsford. Will always be in our thoughts your loving Husband Dave. Children Sophie, Amy, Heather & Jack. Ann, Terry, Mags & all the family. Private family Cremation will take place and a ‘Celebration’ of Tina’s life will take place at a later date.
