COLLINS Diane (née Ashby) Passed away peacefully at Farleigh Hospice on 17th September 2014, aged 48 years. A loving Daughter to Jean and Keith, Sister to Ronnie, loving Mum to Aaron, Niall and Matthew and Daughter-in-Law Rachel. Funeral Service will be held on Monday 29th September 2014, Chelmsford Crematorium 1.30pm. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired to Farleigh Hospice c/o East of England Co-operative Funeral Services, 13/15 Market Hill, Maldon, CM9 4PZ. Tel: 01621 858578.
