RUFFLE Charles Ernest 'Charlie' Passed away peacefully in hospital on 29th June 2014 aged 83 years. Much loved Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. Funeral service at St Luke's Church, Tiptree on 17th July at 12 noon. Family flowers only please.
