A FREE vegan market will be making its return to Maldon next month.
Organised by Vegan Market Co, the event is taking place in Promenade Park on May 18.
The market brings together a wide range of vegan street food vendors, artisan bakers, craft brewers, ethical jewellers, sustainable chandlers, local artists, zero-waste champions and environmental charities.
The company hosts vegan markets across the UK, to “connect the growing sustainable, ethical and vegan-curious population with independent, pioneering and eco-focused companies".
The inaugural Maldon Vegan Market took place there in March 2022 and a vegan market was also held in Promenade Park in April 2023.
Last year's big event saw the area crowded with hundreds of visitors browsing the stalls in celebration of all things vegan.
Vegan Market Co collaborated with Maldon District Council for the event.
The market runs from 10.30am to 4pm.
